Compensation follows a different principle. The scope is defined by the client, who proposes what the work is worth. We assess whether this reflects the true complexity and leverage of the situation. If the value and the offer align, we proceed. If the gap is minor, we adjust. If it’s fundamentally off, we decline. In many cases, success-based or long-term partnership models are more appropriate than fixed fees. Projects evolve—and so should the compensation.
